ABOUT SIZING YOUR CORDLESS CELLULAR SHADE. Decide inside mount or outside mount. For INSIDE MOUNTMeasure your window horozontally in three places; top, middle and bottom, use the smallest measurement and subtract 1/4 inch from the width of your window measurement, and order this width. This will give clearance (1/8 inch on each side) for raising and lowering the shade within the window opening

For OUTSIDE MOUNT add 4 inches to the width of your window measurement, and order this width . This will allow for a 2 inch overlap on each side of the window. You may want to add to the length for overlap as well

WHEN RECEIVED, your shade will be the exact size as ordered. If you are having difficulty ordering for you window, email us your window measurements and we will reply with the correct sizes to order. Returns
Start the return process within 30 days of receiving your item. We inspect all returned items. The product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.
Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer’s remorse returns, such as an item didn’t fit, didn’t like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc. We will refund the cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product.
Ship the product as soon as possible so it arrives at our facility within 45 days of receipt of the item.
